Meet Our 24-25 Season Coaches!

Austin Ragans (5th Grade Boys):  A former Division 1 College Football Athlete at Charleston Southern University, he’s transitioned his love of sports into coaching. He has 5 years coaching experience with youth basketball and over seven years coaching Football, Basketball, Baseball in the Milton area.

A.T. Gimbel (6th Grade Boys): This will be his 5th season coaching Cambridge Feeder basketball. He comes with over 10 years of coaching experience in youth sports including basketball, football, and baseball.

Xavier Ransby (6th Grade Boys): After playing multiple sports in high school, he went on to play football at Maryville College and Albany State. He has three years’ experience as a Trainer with TAKEOFF performance and four years coaching experience within the Roswell area. Coaching experiences include Roswell 7v7, Roswell City Basketball Travel teams for middle school age groups, as well as conducting Basketball Clinics.

Micah Malcom (7th Grade Boys): A graduate of Milton High School, he has dedicated the past 2 years to coaching basketball at the AAU level with All Or Nothing Elite. With a passion for inspiring young athletes and helping them reach new heights in their game, he brings a wealth of experience from competing at the highest level of competition during high school. Through mentorship, guidance, and a deep understanding of the game, he continues to make a lasting impact on his players.

Maurice Warren (8th Grade Boys) With over a decade of experience on the court, he’s played as a point guard and shooting guard at a high level in AAU circuits for teams like the Metro Atlanta Gladiators and the Georgia Tarheels. He has served as a mentor to youth for over three years and was most recently the head coach for All Or Nothing Elite 5th to 8th-grade boys' basketball team. His coaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle while instilling core principles and values in all his players.

Brenda Cain (6th Grade Girls): She is a Francis Marion University Alumni where she was a women’s basketball national Champion and a first team Kodak All-American. After playing for FMU she then transitioned to Assistant women’s basketball coach for her beloved Alumni for two years. Since moving to Georgia, she has coached two years at Lovett High School as a head JV coach and Assistant varsity coach, Milton Half time sports for the boys, and Cambridge. At Cambridge she was able to take the 8th grade girls to their first sweet 16. The following year she coached the 7th grade girls and fostered their talent.

DJ Young (7th Grade Girls): After attending Milton High School for his first two years he transferred to Discovery High School in Gwinnett County for his junior and senior year. Throughout his high school journey, Dj played Varsity his entire HS career and achieved numerous accolades, including being an all-region player. Nominated multiple times as Gwinnett Player of the Week, DJ received several D1 and D2 scholarship offers. Following his passion for sports, DJ went on to establish his own basketball program, All or Nothing Elite Sports. For the past 6+ years, DJ has dedicated himself to coaching youth sports in Alpharetta.

Charmaine Wright (8th Grade Girls): She is a passionate and dedicated basketball coach with over 10 years of experience including at Alpharetta Highschool and All Or Nothing AAU team. She has a strong background in both playing and coaching basketball, having competed at a high level in college before transitioning into coaching. She is known for her expert knowledge of the game, excellent leadership skills, and ability to motivate and inspire her players. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and skill development to help her players reach their full potential both on and off the court. She believes in creating a positive team culture where every player feels supported and valued.
